The Mosaic Company Renews Significant Investment in Saskatchewan Children & Families

April 20, 2026

SASKATCHEWAN – Today, in partnership with the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation, The Mosaic Company announced a $2 million investment in Saskatchewan’s only children’s hospital.

Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation raises funds for specialized equipment, innovative research, and family-centred programs at Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital and across the province. Mosaic’s significant contribution will support all of these areas, including The Mosaic’s Child Life Program, which transforms the hospital experience for children and families by easing fear, anxiety, and pain through compassionate, holistic care.

The Mosaic Company is an enduring force in the province, producing potash that helps feed the world while investing generously here at home. Over the past five years, the company has contributed more than $27 million with community partners across Saskatchewan. This latest announcement is yet another example of Mosaic’s long-standing commitment to the province.

The Government of Saskatchewan joined Mosaic and the Foundation for the special announcement.

“I would like to thank The Mosaic Company for its generous $2 million donation to the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation,” said Health Minister Jeremy Cockrill. “Their contribution will go a long way as we work – in partnership – to ensure pediatric patients receive high quality care as close to home as possible.”

“Saskatchewan’s children and their mothers deserve world class care close to home. This $2 million commitment builds on our decades-long partnership with the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation and reflects our deep belief in kids, families, and the future of this province,” said Mosaic President and CEO, Bruce Bodine.

Troy Davies, CEO of Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation, expressed deep gratitude for Mosaic’s long-standing commitment to Saskatchewan children.

“The Mosaic Company’s remarkable legacy of generosity continues to make a meaningful difference for children and families across Saskatchewan. With more than $12.5 million in total funding spanning 20 years, Mosaic has demonstrated an extraordinary and enduring commitment to advancing pediatric and maternal care. This renewed $2 million investment will help ensure that children receive not only the best possible medical treatment, but also life-changing support through programs like The Mosaic’s Child Life Program when it matters most.”
